Laxmi Chaudry

Areas of focus: Human Resources
Laxmi is a Senior Human Resources professional with extensive hands-on international experience, across Europe and the Asia-Pacific region, gained within commercially driven B2B blue chip companies, including the financial services. Developing HR strategy in multi – geographies, specialist in intercultural awareness, cultural diversity and ethnic minorities. Develops and trains in customer service and outcome based performance. Transformed HR services and implemented HR services at green-field sites. Design and management of competitive and cost effective compensation and benefits, employee relations and talent retention, plus diversity and equal opportunity programmes and policies.

Jon Chipperton

Areas of focus: Human Resources

Experienced interim manager and HR business director with proven ability in strategic, corporate and operational roles in both the private and public sectors. Experience of leading HR activities with UK, Europe and US remits in unionised and non-union organisations. Strengths in strategy development, project and change management.

Nick Coombe

Nick has 30 years experience in the arena of leadership and management gained from a successful career in the Army, as a director of a not for profit organisational and in NCCS consultancy.

Kate Daniels

Areas of focus: NHS, IM&T, Programme Management & Coaching
Kate is the Managing Director of H&D Consulting Ltd, a Health Sector Management Consultancy. Kate specialises in supporting NHS clients in translating policy objectives into operational implementation. This includes IM&T consulting services, programme management and executive coaching services. During 17 years in consultancy and industry, Kate has undertaken a wide range of roles in both the public and private sectors; in both the UK and the USA.

With a background in information systems and operational finance, Kate is experienced in leading large-scale change programmes that are underpinned by technology. Kate is an experienced executive who has carried sales, contract negotiation and delivery responsibility for multi-million pound projects and programmes.

Sue Glew

Areas of focus: Operational Performance, Human Resources & Change Management

Sue specialises in managing business change programmes involving major cultural shift. With over 17 years’ experience in complex commercial organisations she has led a large number of change programmes and has a deep understanding of communication approaches which gain people’s commitment to process changes. She has worked as a programme manager with both Bradford & Bingley and Reality Group (part of GUS PLC), a notable role being to manage a business transformation programme affecting 20,000 employees of a diverse nature. She is comfortable working across a wide-range of stakeholders –from Board Directors to all warehouse operatives. She has extensive experience of designing employee surveys, workshops and training interventions. She is particularly expert in designing and implementing change in customer-facing areas and building a team-working culture which ensures the highest standards of customer service. Sue’s recent clients include Fulcrum Connections (part of National Grid Transco) and Castle Cement.

Mark Harden

Mark has over 18 years management experience with a strong background in change management in a range of sectors that includes Retail and FMCG.with Threshers, Debenhams, Sears and Polo Ralph Lauren. His most recent role being Deputy Partnership Director for HBS in the PPP for Milton Keynes Council.

Alison Kelly

Areas of focus: Operational Performance, Human Resources & Change Management

Alison specialises in communication and change with a particular emphasis on invigorating communication, understanding and acceptance in groups. Her background spans over 20 years within large complex organisations including HSBC and Bradford & Bingley, latterly as Head of Transformation and Operations (HR). She is a highly experienced operational and project manager and managed major Customer Relations and HR change programmes for Bradford & Bingley – requiring large-scale customer and employee engagement. Alison’s consulting experience covers both public and private sectors. Recent clients include DTI, Manchester Enterprises and Scarborough Building Society. Typical engagements involve developing engagement strategies which help people to understand how they can contribute most effectively through the change process.

Peter Mackie

Areas of focus: Leadership & Development

Peter has been at the forefront of leadership and team development for the past fifteen years. He was one of the founding directors of the Centre for High Performance Development and was involved in the skipper training and crew development in the 95/96 BT Global Challenge round the world yacht race and co-authored the management book 'Leadership Lessons from the World's Toughest Yacht Race'. He subsequently founded Inspiring Performance who’s clients include HSBC, KPMG, GMAC, London Stock Exchange.

Rosie Mackie

Areas of focus: Leadership & Development

Rosie is an experienced consultant and trainer whose expertise lies in using emotional intelligences to develop high performance teams and individuals. She is the co-author of 'Inspiring Leadership – Staying a float in Turbulent Times' and has undertaken research in partnership with Henley Management College on emotional intelligence.

Michael Rein

Michael has extensive operational performance management experience gained from within the public and private sector. He was the Director of Banking Operations and Group HR Director for Abbey National Plc, Management service Director for Asda Stores and latterly Head of Operations for HBS in Milton Keynes

Rita Spada

Areas of focus: Change Management, Marketing & IT

Rita has over 20 years extensive experience in commercial business development, practice and operations management effecting transformational change focused on commercialising business, creating market focus and value within large media, technology and ICT multi nationals within the private and public sector. Prior roles include Director of Portfolio and Marketing; Business Solutions respectively for Getronics UK, Director of Audit ,Finance and IT Services EMEA with Naspers (MultiChoice) and Principal consultant with Deloittes and Touche
